These Terms and Conditions apply to the PIXO app (hereinafter referred to as the "Application", "App", "The App", or "Service") for mobile devices, created by Shanta Devi as a Freemium service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application.

Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, reverse engineering, or extraction of the Application or any part of it is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any of its features at any time. Any charges for premium features or subscriptions will always be clearly communicated before purchase.

AI Features

Pixo provides AI-powered photo editing and photo-to-video generation features.

When you use these features, the images and prompts you provide are securely transmitted to Fal.ai, a third-party AI processing service, solely to generate the requested result.

By selecting "Agree & Continue" in the AI Processing & Privacy Disclosure, you consent to this processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you choose not to consent, AI-powered features requiring third-party processing will not be available.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Uploading only images that you own or have permission to use.

• Ensuring your use of the Application complies with applicable laws.

• Maintaining the security of your device.

You must not use the Application to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.

• Generate content intended for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

Internet Connectivity

Certain features require an active internet connection.

The Service Provider is not responsible for any inability to use the Application due to lack of internet access, network interruptions, or mobile carrier limitations.

Data charges and roaming fees may apply depending on your mobile service provider.

Device Compatibility

The Service Provider continually improves the Application but does not guarantee compatibility with every device or operating system version.

Users are responsible for installing available updates when provided.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that operate under their own Terms and Privacy Policies, including:

• Fal.ai

• Google Analytics for Firebase

• Firebase Crashlytics

• Apple In-App Purchase

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms where applicable.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features require an active subscription or in-app purchase.

Payments are securely processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed according to Apple's App Store policies.

Limitation of Liability

While the Service Provider strives to provide accurate and reliable functionality, the Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Application.

Generated AI content may not always be accurate or meet user expectations. Users are responsible for reviewing any generated results before use.

Termination

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time if these Terms are violated or if the Service is discontinued.

Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must stop using the Application.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
